It's an Amazon policy that I didn't know about, but I did a lot of research and figured it out.
They have a policy where you get a $100 refund if certain conditions are met and you keep the item, it's a 500 racing seat.

Well, I just want to give you a timeline of how this all happened.
As for me, I'm going to google and go to Amazon and I'm looking for this racing seat.
My car was called an omc wrc for a while and the seat was about $829 which is pretty expensive.
Now, as you know, if you shop a lot on Amazon, sometimes they use things that you can buy cheaper.
Luckily I found this place.
It pops up and shows Amazon has 450 in stock and free basic shipping, and all because I'm a basic member.
So I added it to my cart and bought it, and as you can see it says I bought it on February 11th.
When you buy it now, it's shipping.
When I bought it last week on the 11th, looking down at my calendar, it said delivery was on Monday the 15th, oops.
Now around Monday I got an email from ups saying there is a delay and my shipment won't arrive until the 17th-18th.
So I was scared, you know, because I really needed a seat for a special track day on Monday when I was going to the track and I needed that seat.
So if I go to Orders and scroll down to buy a seat, you can see it says it's on its way, but it's delayed.
If I'm tracking, I've been tracking the package since Monday just thinking it might arrive on time - somehow I'm getting this message.
He said we were very sorry for the delay in delivery.
If you haven't received your package today, you can return here the next day for an exchange or refund.
So as I said, the mailing has to be timed, the main delivery promises to be delivered on the 15th, and then another update from UPS says it won't be delivered until the 17th-18th.
I contacted Amazon yesterday by scrolling down to customer service, saying I need more help, then contacting us - I clicked the yellow button here to start a chat.
Now this is going to my email and I have spoken to this gentleman.
In this kind of communication, first you have to talk to the messaging assistant, which is an automated thing that just tries to answer your question, but you just say you know.
I spoke to a representative, a real person, around 6:20, pictured below.
The gentleman went online, answered the phone and said how can I help you today, I explained that I have already ordered the product and guaranteed master delivery.
Monday the 15th, today you know it didn't arrive.
I needed the item on Monday because it was guaranteed by Amazon, then it said I could ask for a refund if it didn't arrive today.
Will you help me with this problem? ' he went on.
I really understand your question.
I'm really sorry about that.
Don't worry, I'll fix your issue in less than a minute, and then about a minute later, the refund will be listed with the original payment method.
I said: OK, thank you.
Yes, it says the refund was successful, and then something else.

I understand that if you're a premium member and you order an item that's guaranteed to ship, if it doesn't ship that day and it doesn't ship the next day, you'll still know after 24 hours.
If it ships next day, you're eligible for $100 cash back on that item.

Otherwise, they wouldn't publish it.
